The Biden Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation funded by donations listed on our website.

The list of donors contributing $1,000 or more is published on the Foundation’s website and will be updated quarterly.

Q:  How are you raising money?

The Foundation will only accept contributions from citizens, permanent residents of the United States including — if applicable — their affiliated private foundations, or donor-advised funds. The Foundation will accept contributions from foundations.

Q. Will the Foundation accept donations from corporations? Will the Foundation accept donations from foreign organizations?

The Foundation does not accept donations from corporations and will only accept contributions from citizens and permanent residents of the United States including — if applicable — their affiliated private foundations or donor-advised funds, and corporate foundations. The Foundation is not accepting money from foreign citizens, foreign organizations or foreign countries.
